The Northeast Maritime Institute – Center for Ocean Policy and Economics (COPE°) delivers research, policy, and initiatives in ocean and maritime related fields. Access and use of the COPE° website at www.thecope.org (the “Site”), is subject to agreement to the following “Terms of Use” (the “Terms”). 5. This Site contains material which is owned by or licensed to COPE°. This material includes, but is not limited to the design, layout, look, and appearance of the Site; logos, graphics, photographs, and the like; and forms, documents, certificates, and the like.
